Antibody dilution 1:1000. Rat anti-CD11b (cat. no. HS-384 017) recognizes only human CD11b present in human PBMC lysate but not mouse CD11b present in mouse spleen lysate. Anti-CD11b (HS-384 117) recognizing only mouse CD11b is used as positive control in Western Blot analysis on mouse spleen.​
